Avondale Collision and Repair

They are fantastic! Had a semi "graze" my car, took it to Avondale Collision, my car looks brand new. There have been additional perks too, like them fully detailing my car before returning it to me, my car has not been this clean in a year! Fantastic work all around. Color is blended well, absolutely no technical issues with door opening (that was where the semi hit, the front door joint). Chef's kiss!

I trust this shop with my wallet, my car, and my life. You should too. I got quotes from many places on the NW side, and Avondale was the cheapest and most transparent in their pricing. Also, the experience I had with them overall was phenomenal. At every point in the process, from my initial walkthrough and estimate, to drop off and pickup, I was continually impressed by how kind and communicative the staff were. Nino was always so clear, kind, and ready to spend all of his time with me to help make sure the process was smooth and painless. He called me even when he didn't have any new updates, so I wasn't left wondering -- I really appreciated that. When my car was ready for pickup, it was the day of my brothers wedding, and they made sure to not let the insurance and car rental company know that; they also convinced my insurance that the scratches on the rest of the bumper (from everyday parking) should be covered. I don't know how much Nino is getting paid, but, whatever it is...

AC did an amazing job on my Honda CRV after a rear collision. They were fast, friendly and reliable. Will definitely be recommending them to all family/friends and using them in the future. On top of it all- the customer service was incredible!
